Why Time Warner Cable Sucks
I’ve had Time Warner Cable since I’ve had the internet, and within the last two years, I’ve started to hate is so. First of all, I have the T-T-T-TRIPLE PLAY combo deal extravaganza plan thingy— which includes phone, internet, and TV. I have absolutely no issue with phone, as I rarely use it in the first place, but both the internet and TV are less than satisfactory. First, the internet, horrible. These assholes decided to throttle their customers to hell. Their throttling system is completely random and has nothing to do, whatsoever, with your upload/download bandwidth. Every few hours or so, or like this morning, every five minutes, they completely cut off ALL of their customer’s uploaded packets, and only allows data to be downloaded. Also, half of my TV channels have been out for the last four months, and when I asked for them to come and fix it, they refused. THEY REFUSED.
Fuck Time Warner. I need FiOS.
